We've had a great launch of the new Web site.  Now in its second day, most of the problems reported turned out to be  content related and have been addressed.  Again, as we mentioned in the recent letter we sent to you, the bigger the Web site, the bigger the potential for problems. However, so far so good!

 Please be patient with the new site, most things have been designed to be intuitive but there may some minor things here and there that need to be tweaked or explained better.

 Your feedback is valuable, so don't hesitate to notify us of any problems or concerns. Also, if you have ideas for for making the site better (even adding new elements) let us know that too.

Finally, I'd like to thank Debbie and Barbara for their patience and help in this complicated process...wow, I had no idea how big this Web site was until I started seeing it through the eyes of others. Also, a big thanks to the board for all their feedback during the soft-launch we did a few weeks ago, it was a huge help.
